TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of your order will not be allowed once your order has been processed. We do allow exchanges, subject to our Exchange Policy set out below.

Exchange Policy

All sales are final after 7 days of the date of receipt. We must have received written contact requesting Exchange before expiry of these 7 days, otherwise validity ceases.

We will endeavour to make exchanges within 7 days of the receipt date, providing that the stock ordered is available.

Re-delivery charges will apply in the case of exchanges. Exchanges cannot be accepted on items that are no longer in an “as new” condition: i.e. items that have been used, damaged, stained or washed are ineligible.

Any item the subject of an exchange must be in original condition for a complete exchange.

The cost of return any item returned to Lemongrass & Aubergine for exchange must be borne by customer, and delivery fees will not be refundable.

Any Exchange must be accompanied by original receipts. Exchanges should be posted or delivered to;

POSTAGE

Delivery within Singapore

Deliveries will be made by SingPost or Singapore Speed Post – you may indicate your preference in the order form.

Order and delivery charges, based upon weight and size of your order, will be confirmed by email.

If you want to arrange for pick-up from

Lemongrass & Aubergine, then please indicate this on the order form.

Orders will be processed within 2 working days, providing the item ordered is available, and we will notify you when your order has been processed and posted.

Items may take up to 3 working days for delivery.

Deliveries within Singapore are unregistered and uninsured.

Lemongrass & Aubergine will not take any responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Delivery - International

International orders will be delivered either via Singapore Speed Post or if you require your order by a certain date, postage can be arranged using Fed Ex or equivalent.

Upon ordering, please supply your address. We will then email a selection of costs and time-frames from which you can choose the most appropriate delivery.

Your order will be processed within 2 working days, providing item ordered is available. Your order will be confirmed by email and you will be notified when your order has been processed and posted.

Transit time depends on the customer’s location and only business days are counted in transit time, and cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries usually take approx. 7-12 business days.

Please Note - We are obligated to disclose fully the contents and value of deliveries when shipping to international destinations. We cannot be held responsible for customs duty or taxes that may be assessed by your government or importing authorities. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, the customer must bear full charges.
